My training is Humanistic and Integrative and incorporates the following approaches:- Psychodynamic Psychotherapy, Psychoanalysis, Existentialist Psychotherapy, Person Centred Therapy (PCT), Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Body Therapy, Object Relations Theory and Attachment Theory. While I am primarily concerned with a client&#8217;s particular dilemma and distress, the approaches I have trained in views the individual as a whole &#8211; body, emotions and psyche.\u00a0The way I work with clients helps to\u00a0develop awareness and insights into what prevents integration in the inner and outer expressions of\u00a0their lives.\u00a0<\/p><blockquote><p><strong>\u201cThe principle aim of psychotherapy is not to transport one to an impossible state of happiness, but to help (the client) acquire steadfastness and patience in the face of suffering.&#8221;\u00a0 C.
